"We are so glad we found Bill! He and his team have been fantastic! We bought an old house that needed quite a bit of work, and Bill got everything done at a reasonable price and ON TIME for us to move in! Bill's skills, knowledge, and attention to detail really make him stand out. He takes care of a property as if it was his own, and is always willing and able to advise and help out with anything that comes up. He is very responsive, keeps you informed of progress, and promptly takes care of any issue that may arise. He is responsible, trustworthy, and truly professional, and you can tell he loves what he does and takes pride in his work. On top of this, he is a great guy - warm, friendly, and always calm. In addition to his prowess, Bill also has a network of highly competent people who can tackle any job (electrical, plumbing, flooring- you name it!) - no matter how small or big. "I'm hesitant to write this. You'll all read it and then Bill will be too busy for me! We have spent far too much money on work that was so poorly done. You know how some people seem to "have a guy?" We didn't have a guy and so went with any halfhearted recommendation in the hopes that this would finally be "the guy" and we could trust that the work we had done would be right and that we wouldn't get charged multiple arms and legs. And we were disappointed over and over. Then we found Bill! Who knew he was right in our backyard?? (Literally - we're neighbors.) Bill has great vision, which is nice in a contractor. He doesn't use knee-jerk solutions but really considers what the best way is to solve the problem. He charges a fair price for the job. His handiwork is great - my newly renovated laundry room with custom-built shelving is now my favorite room in the house. I dare say I even like doing laundry now! The number for Saunders Remodeling is really the only one you need. Bill's your guy."

"Bill is absolutely the best contractor ever. He renovated our kitchen and half bath and turned a 3 season porch into an office. He is thorough and exacting and extremely responsive. I had so many huge headaches getting building permits and Bill never once said too bad - I'm not dealing with this. He stuck it out and worked with me to deal with all the problems. He has great design ideas and comes up with very cost effective solutions to problems as they arise. There were so many nights he worked a full day and then came over at 8pm to go over the plans or the next steps. He treated my house as if it were his own and cleaned up every mess he made. It's really Bill doing the work, not some random guys he finds at Home Depot. And everyone of the guys he works with (electrician, plumber, etc) is also quick, thorough, and communicative. I can't recommend Saunders Remodeling highly enough!"

"I am writing this review with a smile on my face because of the work of Bill Saunders. I needed a wall removed in my living room and a closet removed and rebuilt in my bedroom. Bill came over to scope out the job and I was thrilled to learn that the wall was a non load barring wall. He gave me an estimate and started the work a week later. All work was explained beforehand and I was pleased with the estimate. Finished the job on time and now I get to enjoy my new open floor plan and new closet!! He is very knowledgeable and is skilled in many areas. I recommend Bill and will be using him again when I need any work done"
